Nutritional and Functional Medicine can help to naturally treat and support a broad range of health conditions and challenges. By considering you, your lifestyle, and your mental and physical health as a unique and interwoven system it provides a holistic roadmap to a healthier, happier you.

There is no one size fits all approach, even when people present with the same conditions. That's why our approach is thorough and commitment and willingness to change is required from you to achieve your desired health outcomes.

Helping women to understand their bodies and its complexities is an area of immense honour for me to be apart of.

Gut health and digestive issues

Gut health is at the centre of health and wellbeing. When our gut isn’t functioning correctly or we have a microbial imbalance, all of our systems are impacted. Gut health can be linked to ongoing issues such as allergies, intolerances, inflammation, anxiety, depression, autoimmune conditions and chronic disease. Let us help you reduce your dependence on specialty diets and medications to manage our gut health. Together we’ll investigate and address any underlying digestive disturbances and restore your gut health.

Gut health, trauma, genetics, nutrient deficiencies/excess, diet and lifestyle choices and exposure to various environmental factors can all play a part in our mental health. Chronic and Complex conditions

A large number of cases I see are chronic, complex and have previously had no diagnosis or explanation. My approach to interpreting symptoms, blood tests and other factors is from a functional and holistic perspective which can often provide insight and explanation. Where necessary, more comprehensive functional testing may be recommended to get to the bottom of your challenges and help you gain control of your health and wellbeing.
